The collection

Amazing art, donated by the artists

Since Temwa was established in 2003, we’ve curated numerous ‘Art for Africa’ auctions as we have strong links with some of the UK’s finest contemporary artists. For Summer 2026, we offer this new collection of artworks – from vibrant original canvases and limited-edition screen prints to unique etchings, pastels and sculptures.

All artworks in this catalogue have been donated free of charge by the artists, many of whom are established internationally, including Chuck Elliott, a pioneer of digitally generated art, and Stewy, a veteran of the street art scene.

About Temwa

Community-led change in northern Malawi

A farmer in northern Malawi harvesting leafy greens from a thriving vegetable plot

In Malawi, we work in Nkhata Bay North, a hard-to-reach, mountainous region, which is now one of the world’s soil loss and deforestation hotspots. All of our projects are community-driven and delivered by our in-country Malawian team, who have a deep understanding of smallholder farming communities and the challenges they face.

Together, we focus our efforts on providing food security and climate-resilient livelihoods through our sustainable farming and forestry projects. We also support girls’ education and sexual and reproductive health – improving access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene, as well as community-run HIV services.
